The new and updated training course is available and as popular as ever. In either half or full-day format, the contents include:
- How to control your impact on others, including the psychology of first impressions and what your body is saying about you
- The design of your presentation; from start to finish
- A chance to practice and feedback on your delivery
- Dealing with nerves
- Instruction on how to enhance your voice – whether that’s help with projection for quietly spoken people or if you’d like to improve the tone to make your voice more appealing to the listener
